Larijani Commences Official Visit to Baghdad


Baghdad: Iranian media announced that Ali Larijani, Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council, will begin an official visit to Baghdad today. Media reported: “During the visit, Larijani will meet with the three presidencies, the National Security Advisor, and a number of political figures.”



According to National Iraqi News Agency, Larijani’s visit is expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations and discussing regional security issues. The meetings with key Iraqi officials highlight the importance of collaboration between Iran and Iraq in addressing challenges affecting both nations.
