Baghdad: The Sadiqun parliamentary bloc has announced the completion of all necessary procedures and signatures related to the retirement and service laws for the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), with the legislation now submitted to the Speaker of Parliament.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, bloc leader MP Uday Awad addressed the media today, stating that a formal request has been made to the Prime Minister to send the retirement and service laws for the PMF to Parliament for approval. Awad emphasized the bloc’s commitment to ensuring that these laws are included on the parliamentary agenda during upcoming sessions.
