Beirut: The Lebanese Army announced today the successful raid of a Captagon manufacturing lab located on the Lebanese-Syrian border, specifically in the Harf al Samaka Hermel area.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Army explained in a statement that during the operation, the force was able to completely dismantle the lab and seize a large quantity of finished Captagon pills, along with raw materials used in the manufacturing process.

The Lebanese Army statement continued, “The seized items were handed over to the competent judicial authorities, and investigations have begun to uncover and prosecute those involved in this operation.”
