Beirut: Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri affirmed today that the Lebanese resistance is fully committed to the ceasefire agreement. Berri stated, “Lebanon and its resistance have fully committed to the ceasefire agreement,” emphasizing that “the first and last beneficiary of dragging Lebanon and the region into a major explosion is the Zionist entity.”

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Berri urged the Lebanese army, judicial and security authorities, and the ceasefire monitoring committee to quickly investigate the events that occurred in the south this morning. He also reiterated his call for Lebanese citizens, particularly political forces, to cleanse political discourse, unite around the state and its institutions, and recognize the dangers of providing justifications for the enemy.
