Libya: Libyan local media reported today, Tuesday, that Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, son of the late Libyan President Muammar Gaddafi, was killed in a shooting in Zintan, Libya.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Masar TV, a Libyan television channel, quoted Abdullah Othman, Saif al-Islam Gaddafi’s representative in the political dialogue, confirming the death of the son of the late Libyan president.

Local media reported that Saif al-Islam Gaddafi was killed in armed clashes that took place in the Hamada region, south of the Libyan capital, Tripoli.
