Basra: Basra Police Command announced the arrest of a person who appeared in a video clip on social media platforms, spray-painting a dog, describing the act as offensive and contrary to human norms.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the police command confirmed, in a statement, that it “detained the offending person and took legal action against him, in accordance with Article (486) of the Penal Code.”
