Erbil: The leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, held a phone call with Mazloum Abdi, the commander-in-chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), on Sunday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from Barzani’s office indicated that during the call, they exchanged views on the latest developments and the evolving situation in Syria and Western Kurdistan.
