Sulaymaniyah: A medical team at Korandami Hospital in Sulaymaniyah Governorate announced today the success of a complex surgical operation performed on a 29-year-old man after he sustained severe injuries.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Sulaymaniyah Health Directorate stated in a statement that the operation included the removal of 16 forceps and 8 sewing needles, in addition to two pieces of lead, from the injured man's body.
The statement indicated that the surgical operation was successful, and the patient is currently under medical observation, with his condition reported as stable.
