Baghdad: Minister of Agriculture Abdul Rahim Al-Shammari discussed the distribution of land to agricultural engineers and veterinarians. The meeting aimed to address several critical agricultural issues.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry released a press statement highlighting the meeting’s focus. It stated, “Based on the directives of Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi, Minister of Agriculture Abdul Rahim Al-Shammari held an emergency meeting to discuss several important topics, including the distribution of land to agricultural engineers and veterinarians, achieving self-sufficiency in poultry and table eggs, and achieving self-sufficiency in various types of vegetables.”

The discussion also emphasized efforts toward achieving self-sufficiency in poultry, table eggs, and various vegetables, aligning with broader national agricultural goals.
