Nineveh: Defense Minister Thabet al-Abbasi held a security meeting in Nineveh Governorate today, Thursday. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Defense stated in a brief announcement that Defense Minister Thabet Mohammed Saeed al-Abbasi arrived at the Nineveh Operations Command.

The statement further noted that al-Abbasi conducted a security meeting attended by the Operations Commander and senior officers of the ministry.
