Baghdad: Minister of Finance Taif Sami Mohammed affirmed the Ministry's readiness to provide the necessary support to meet the needs of all religious communities, within the framework of available legal powers, while following up on issues that contribute to supporting endowments and their service projects.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement by the Ministry clarified that the Minister of Finance received Rami Joseph Aghajan, Head of the Endowments Diwan of the Christian, Yazidi, and Mandaean Religions. During the meeting, various files related to the Diwan's work were discussed, alongside exploring ways to support the needs of religious communities and their institutions. These discussions align with the government's directives aimed at promoting coexistence and guaranteeing constitutional rights.

Aghajan expressed his appreciation for the Ministry of Finance's cooperation and its keenness to meet the Diwan's needs, praising the efforts made in this regard.
