Baghdad: Minister of Finance Taif Sami met with British Ambassador to Iraq Stephen Hitchen to discuss enhancing bilateral relations and joint cooperation between Iraq and the United Kingdom. The meeting focused on improving collaborations across various economic sectors.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Minister Sami emphasized the significance of the United Kingdom’s role in advancing Iraq’s economic sectors, including banking, energy, and investment. He highlighted the necessity of solidifying the economic ties between the two nations.
