Baghdad: The Ministry of Defense has initiated an urgent investigation following the martyrdom of a fighter and the injury of three others in the Third Regiment of the Commando Brigade under the al-Jazeera Operations Command. The incident occurred when the roof of a caravan collapsed on the personnel while they were on duty.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Defense Minister Thabet Al-Abbasi has announced the formation of an investigative committee to thoroughly examine the circumstances surrounding the incident. The minister emphasized that legal action will be pursued against any parties found negligent in relation to this event.
