Baghdad: The Ministry of Education denied on Saturday the cancellation of the mid-year break. The ministry clarified that recent rumors about the cancellation are unfounded.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the ministry issued a press release refuting the authenticity of a forged document that suggested the mid-year break had been canceled. The ministry assured students and parents that the break will proceed as scheduled.
