Baghdad: The Ministry of Interior is mobilizing its security and service efforts to secure the commemoration of the death of the Great Prophet (PBUH). The head of the Department of Relations and Media at the Ministry of Interior, Major General Miqdad Miri, confirmed today that the Ministry has taken comprehensive measures to ensure safety during this significant event. The preparations include deploying security forces and enhancing intelligence, traffic, and civil defense efforts. Additionally, routes used by pilgrims and processions will be secured to facilitate a smooth and safe commemoration.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Major General Miri emphasized that all human and technical resources have been dedicated by the Ministry to ensure the smooth flow of pilgrims. The focus is on providing the highest levels of security and safety, with ongoing coordination between all security and service formations. The efforts will continue until the end of the pilgrimage ceremonies, ensuring a peaceful and secure commemoration for all attendees.
