Baghdad: The Ministry of Defense clarified on Wednesday the nature of the aircraft sounds heard in some provinces. Major General Tahsin al-Khafaji, Director of Defense Media, stated in a post that the sounds heard in some provinces are from aircraft belonging to the Iraqi Air Force, explaining that they are conducting training missions as part of their routine plans.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Iraqi Air Force periodically conducts training flights in several provinces to enhance combat readiness and ensure its units are prepared to handle various field missions.
