Baghdad: Head of the Progress Party, Mohammed al-Halbousi, engaged in separate discussions with the French Ambassador, Patrick Durel, and the Turkish Ambassador, Anil Bora Inan, today. The meetings aimed at exploring ways to enhance bilateral relations and address pressing political issues.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the dialogue with the French Ambassador concentrated on the bilateral relations between Iraq and France, delving into the political situation within Iraq and examining regional developments. The discussions underscored the importance of maintaining and strengthening the diplomatic ties between the two nations.

In a separate meeting, al-Halbousi and the Turkish Ambassador focused on Iraq’s political climate and a range of subjects that hold mutual interest for both countries. These discussions reflect ongoing efforts to bolster cooperative relations and address shared concerns in the region.
