Baghdad: Monaco overturned a one-goal deficit against hosts Paris Saint-Germain to win 2-1 in the third round of the French Ligue 1. Marquinhos opened the scoring for the Parisian team in the 31st minute, before Monaco came back strongly in the second half, equalizing through Flavio Nazinho in the 58th minute, and then Stanis Musambo scored the winning goal for the principality team in the 72nd minute.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Monaco raised their tally to 9 points at the top of the table, while defending champions Paris Saint-Germain remain on just 2 points, having failed to secure a victory in the tournament so far.
