Independence Movement” Head, Resigned MP Michel Mouawad, on Monday received at his Baabda residence the Ambassador of the European Union to Lebanon, Ralph Tarraf, and an accompanying delegation, with whom he discussed the current political situation.

Discussions also touched on the European Union’s programs at the developmental and humanitarian levels to support the Lebanese people, and the means to bolster coordination and cooperation between the René Mouawad Foundation and the European Union in this regard, as per a statement by Mouawad’s bureau.
