Mosul The MP of Nineveh Governorate, Ahmed Al-Jubouri, warned against repeating the series of false promises by candidates, who promise voters during their visit to the city of Mosul, the center of Nineveh Governorate.

Al-Jubouri said in a press statement that “Nineveh Governorate is witnessing today an intensive visit by some parties and candidates who make promises of appointments and other reconstruction and the elimination of unemployment and the establishment of centers, all of which are untrue electoral promises.”

Regarding appointments, al-Jubouri stressed that “the 2021 budget does not allow for any civilian or security appointments.”
