Baghdad: National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Aboudi affirmed on Monday that Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi's government is continuing to implement its ministerial program aimed at reforming all state institutions. The media office of the National Security Adviser said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that 'National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Aboudi met with Counter-Terrorism Service Commander Lieutenant General Zaid Houshi.'

According to Iraqi News Agency, the meeting reviewed the overall domestic situation in Iraq and stressed the importance of continuing security efforts to maintain security and stability in the country through coordination among all components of the security apparatus.

During the meeting, Al-Aboudi affirmed that 'the government of Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi is continuing to implement the provisions of its ministerial program to reform all state institutions and build an integrated institutional system based on integrity, patriotism and professionalism, particularly within the security apparatus, in order to consolidate the foundations of security and stability for the state and its citizens.'
