Baghdad: The head of the National Security Service, Basim al-Badri, engaged in a significant meeting with Lieutenant General Dr. Saad Maan, head of the Security Media Cell at the Joint Operations Command, at his office on Sunday. According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Badri highlighted during the meeting that the National Security Service is committed to its duties with a high level of professionalism, which has played a pivotal role in strengthening public trust, especially in tackling issues like electronic extortion and organized crime. He underscored that forming a partnership with the media is crucial for reinforcing community security.
Lieutenant General Maan lauded the National Security Service for its contributions to societal protection and stability, emphasizing the need to integrate media and security efforts to spread legal culture and awareness of security threats.
