Mosul: A source in the Nineveh Police announced the return of a new group, comprising more than ten displaced Christian families, to their homes within the city of Mosul and several districts and sub-districts of the province, after the completion of the necessary security and logistical procedures for their return.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the return process was carried out in coordination between the Nineveh Police Command, the relevant security agencies, and service departments to ensure the families’ safe arrival at their homes and to provide a suitable environment for their resettlement.
The source pointed out that the stable security situation in the province has greatly contributed to encouraging displaced families to return, emphasizing that security forces will continue to provide protection and enhance security within residential neighborhoods.
