Mosul: A new case of hemorrhagic fever has been reported in Mosul, involving a 65-year-old man from the Al-Siha neighborhood.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Nineveh Health Department confirmed the diagnosis after the man exhibited symptoms of the disease. He was initially admitted to Ibn Sina Hospital for treatment. Procedures are currently underway to transfer him to Al-Shifa Hospital for further monitoring of his condition under the care of specialized medical teams.

Health teams are actively monitoring those who have been in contact with the patient and are implementing preventive measures to curb the spread of the disease in the governorate.
