Salah al-din: A new suspect in the high-profile Jumaili corruption case has been arrested, found in possession of over $3 million and 750 million Iraqi dinars. The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency (FIA) announced the arrest of one of the defendants involved in the corruption network led by Adnan Al-Jumaili.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, FIA detachments in Salah al-Din province successfully apprehended the suspect. During the operation, authorities seized a significant amount of cash, including over three million US dollars and more than seven hundred and fifty million Iraqi dinars. Additionally, a collection of light weapons, modern vehicles, and government contracts were discovered inside the suspect's residence, further implicating him in the extensive corruption network.
The arrest marks a significant development in the ongoing investigation into the corruption case surrounding Adnan Al-Jumaili. The FIA continues its efforts to dismantle the network and hold those involved accountable.
