Nimrud: A courthouse was opened in the Nimrud district of Nineveh. The President of the Nineveh Court of Appeals, Judge Raed Hamid, inaugurated the courthouse on Tuesday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the judiciary’s media office stated in a press release that the courthouse houses the courts of first instance, misdemeanors, personal status, and investigation. The building was designed according to modern architectural designs, aligning with the urban development of judicial buildings.
