Nineveh Governor Calls for Swift Development of Rabia Border Crossing

Nineveh: The Governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil, has instructed officials to expedite the development and full operation of the Rabia border crossing. This directive aims to ensure the border crossing is equipped with all necessary infrastructure to function at its maximum capacity.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Governor al-Dakhil emphasized the critical importance of the Rabia border crossing as a significant gateway for the Nineveh province and for Iraq as a whole. He noted its substantial role in boosting trade and facilitating the movement of goods in and out of the country.

Al-Dakhil highlighted that the development of this crossing will not only increase the financial resources for Nineveh and Iraq but will also enhance the efficiency of commercial and logistical activities. He underscored the necessity of preparing the infrastructure and basic services to guarantee the smooth flow of travelers, trucks, and trade through the crossing.
