Nineveh: The Governor of Nineveh, Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil, has announced a strategic visit by a delegation from LG and several Korean companies to explore investment opportunities in the governorate. This initiative is part of a broader reconstruction plan aimed at revitalizing the region’s infrastructure and economy.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Dakhil emphasized that the local government is extending significant facilities to attract foreign investors, with a focus on critical sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and housing. He noted that Nineveh’s advantageous geographical location, coupled with its security stability and governmental support, positions it as a promising hub for investment.

Al-Dakhil further highlighted that the involvement of Korean companies is expected to significantly boost the local economy by creating new job opportunities. Additionally, this collaboration is poised to facilitate the transfer of Korean technology and expertise to the region, enhancing local capabilities. The governorate is in the process of developing a comprehensive investment plan designed to create a conducive environment for foreign investments, ensuring both safety and attractiveness for international partners.
