Nineveh: Nineveh Police announced the arrest of a group of young men who appeared in a video carrying firearms and driving an open-top car in the forests of Mosul.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a source in the Nineveh Police stated that the detainees were identified after the video circulated on social media. The video showed a group of people in an open-top car carrying firearms in unauthorized locations. The source explained that security forces acted swiftly after receiving reports to locate and arrest them in record time.

The source added that the police have taken legal measures against the detainees, who will be referred to the competent judicial authorities to complete the investigations and impose appropriate penalties.
