Baghdad: The Ministry of Oil announced on Wednesday the sale of 1.061 billion liters of gasoline and 91 million liters of kerosene during May 2026.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Oil Products Distribution Company stated in a press release that actual sales of petroleum products for May 2026 amounted to 1.061 billion liters of gasoline of all types. It added that sales of kerosene reached 91 million liters, while sales of both types of gas oil totaled 1.168 billion liters.

The report further mentioned that sales of fuel oil of all types reached 1.697 billion liters, and more than 8 million liters of jet fuel were sold.
