Moscow: A person was seriously injured in an explosion in his car in a Moscow parking lot on Monday morning.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the front of a Kia exploded while the driver was inside, trapping him within the vehicle. The explosion also damaged at least seven other cars parked nearby.
