One person was killed and two others were wounded in an armed conflict east of Baghdad

Baghdad A security source announced that a person was killed and two others were wounded by gunfire, as a result of an armed conflict in Al-Maamel II area, east of Baghdad.

Armed conflicts have become a common and almost daily phenomenon in various regions of Iraq, especially in the center and south.

These conflicts are usually due to clan disputes or social and economic problems, which quickly turn into confrontations and armed clashes.

The proliferation of weapons and the lack of legal recourse helped to spread this phenomenon. These conflicts often lead to casualties among the dead and injured, in addition to spreading an atmosphere of panic and insecurity among the people.
