Pakistani Army Neutralizes 17 Militants in Waziristan Operation

Hassan Khel: The Pakistani army announced on Monday the killing of 17 militants during a security operation in the northwest of the country. The operation took place in the town of Hassan Khel, located in the Waziristan District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the army explained in a statement that the operation was executed based on intelligence information that pinpointed the presence of militants in the area. The operation also resulted in the seizure of a substantial quantity of weapons from the militants.
