Nablus: A young Palestinian man was martyred by Israeli forces near the city of Nablus, last Friday evening, in continuation of attacks on cities and camps in the occupied West Bank. The incident marks another episode in the escalating violence in the region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that Adel Bashkar, 19, was killed by Israeli bullets in Askar camp near Nablus. This tragic event adds to the rising toll of Palestinian casualties as tensions in the West Bank continue.

In a related development, the General Authority for Civil Affairs informed the Ministry of Health about the killing of three young men by Israeli bullets in Nour Shams camp on Wednesday. These incidents highlight the increasing violence and the ongoing military operations by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian media reported that Israeli forces stormed the city of Bethlehem and the town of Beit Fajjar, located south of the city. The Israeli forces have been conducting extensive military operations in the region for months, resulting in the martyrdom of dozens of Palestinians and significant destruction of infrastructure in cities and camps.

On Thursday, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry renewed its call for urgent and effective international action to compel the occupation to halt its aggression on the West Bank, including occupied Quds.
