Palestinian Ministry Calls for Action Against Israeli Occupation Crimes

Ramallah: The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has issued a strong appeal to the international community and its legal institutions, urging them to halt the alleged crimes of the Israeli occupation and to implement sanctions against Israeli officials accused of committing massacres and displacements against Palestinians. The call for action follows recent incidents, including the killing of Hanan Abu Salama and the massacre at Abu Hussein School in the Gaza Strip.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry’s statement highlighted multiple incidents, including the massacre at Abu Hussein School in Jabalia camp and the killing of 60-year-old Hanan Abu Salama, who was reportedly shot while harvesting olives with her family. The Ministry labeled these actions as part of a broader pattern of genocide, extrajudicial killings, and systematic violations by Israeli forces and settlers aimed at unarmed Palestinian civilians. These acts are described as being supported by official Isra
eli policy, which allegedly facilitates the targeting of Palestinian citizens.

The statement also noted that these alleged crimes are intended to displace Palestinians and sever their connection to their land, ultimately consolidating Israeli control and undermining the viability of a two-state solution. The Ministry emphasized that ending the Israeli occupation is deemed essential for achieving lasting security and stability in the region.
