Baghdad: The Speaker of the Parliament, Haibet Alhalbousi, received a number of prominent figures and dignitaries from Salah al-Din Governorate. The meeting focused on discussing the current situation in Salah al-Din Governorate and its primary public service requirements.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Media Office of Parliament stated that during the meeting, the Speaker of Parliament highlighted the need for a genuine urban and service-oriented revival in Salah al-Din Governorate. He emphasized that the governorate will play a significant role in the path of reconstruction and development. The Parliament is committed to carrying out its legislative and oversight responsibilities to address the needs of the governorate. It also aims to support high-priority projects that directly impact citizens’ lives and improve the standard of services provided to them.
