Diyala: A Diyala police force arrested parties involved in a brawl northeast of Baqubah, the provincial capital.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Director of Media for the Diyala Police, Brigadier General Haitham Al-Shammari, reported that following information about a brawl in the Qara Tapa district, the police arrested those involved and confiscated the weapons used in the incident.

Al-Shammari emphasized that the situation was managed within legal and security protocols. He urged citizens and media outlets to refrain from exaggerating the incident or spreading inaccurate information, cautioning against linking such events to political matters to maintain community peace and bolster trust in the security services.
