Baghdad: Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia al-Sudani affirmed Iraq’s continued support for the Palestinian people, their just cause, and their right to establish an independent state. During his reception of the Palestinian Ambassador to Iraq, Ahmed al-Ruwaidi, al-Sudani emphasized Iraq’s commitment to backing efforts aimed at ending the war and providing relief to the people of Gaza.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Prime Minister praised the contributions made by Ambassador al-Ruwaidi during his time in Baghdad and extended his best wishes for the ambassador’s future endeavors. The Palestinian ambassador expressed gratitude for Iraq’s unwavering support and commitment to Palestinian rights, highlighting that the assistance provided by the Iraqi government is valued by all Palestinians.
