Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani affirmed the government’s commitment to supporting measures that enhance the electoral process and guarantee its integrity. This support is crucial for enabling the Independent High Electoral Commission to effectively fulfill its responsibilities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Prime Minister’s media office detailed his meeting with the head and members of the Azm Alliance. During this meeting, Al-Sudani emphasized the significance of the forthcoming electoral and constitutional events as a means to solidify the progress and accomplishments achieved by the Iraqi people in previous stages.

Al-Sudani also underscored the necessity of backing national forces to assist executive bodies in executing the government’s program. This program aims to address citizens’ aspirations for development, economic reform, and the enhancement of services.
