Baghdad: PM Ali Al-Zaidi received on Wednesday the Head of the Christian Suyana Parliamentary Bloc, Kaldo Ramzi Oghna, along with members of the bloc. During this significant meeting, they delved into discussions on a variety of political and economic matters, with a particular focus on the completion of the formation of the government.
According to Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the PM Media Office highlighted that the discussions also explored the crucial role of the Iraqi Christian community residing abroad. The meeting aimed to identify ways to leverage their expertise, capabilities, and resources to bolster development efforts within Iraq. Additionally, there was an emphasis on enhancing the participation of Iraqi professionals living abroad in the nation’s reconstruction and development initiatives.
The dialogue underscored the importance of integrating the skills and knowledge of the diaspora to drive forward Iraq’s growth and stability, reflecting a collaborative approach to nation-building.
