Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi arrived in Karbala to oversee the implementation of the comprehensive plan for the Arbaeen pilgrimage. According to Iraqi News Agency, a brief statement from the PM Media Office confirmed that PM Al-Zaidi is personally supervising the plan's execution to ensure the pilgrimage's smooth proceedings. This significant religious event marks the end of the 40-day mourning period following the martyrdom of Imam Hussein.
