PM recalls the crime of Halabja and affirms: We always seek justice for the oppressed and deprived cities

Baghdad The Prime Minister, Muhammad Al-Sudani, recalled the crime of Halabja: He said, “We always seek justice for the oppressed and deprived cities.”

Al-Sudani said in a tweet to him on Twitter: “Today we remember one of the most heinous crimes against humanity, which is the tragedy of Halabja, that was committed by the defunct dictatorial regime.”

He added, “By the way, we affirm that our decision in the Council of Ministers to vote on the draft law that requires converting the sacrificial city into a governorate is a moral duty before anything else.”

He continued: “We always seek justice for the oppressed and disadvantaged cities, and this is one of the core priorities of our government.”/ End
