Baghdad: Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani has underscored the necessity for the Governor of Salah al-Din, Haitham Mahmoud al-Zahwan, to persist in the execution of development initiatives. During a meeting with the newly appointed governor, al-Sudani highlighted the challenges impeding the progress of these plans.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Prime Minister’s media office noted that al-Sudani welcomed al-Zahwan to his new role. The Prime Minister emphasized the urgency of continuing to work on infrastructure projects aimed at enhancing services for citizens across the province.
The statement further outlined that the meeting covered various issues pertinent to Salah al-Din, stressing the need to intensify efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of development plans. There was a particular focus on prioritizing services for citizens within all programs and projects.
