Anbar: A force from the Popular Mobilization Forces arrested a man accused of promoting the banned Ba'ath Party in eastern Anbar province.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a PMF media statement said, "A special forces unit of the PMF arrested a man accused of promoting the banned Ba'ath Party, pursuant to a judicial warrant, in Subaihat area of Karma district."

The statement added, "The necessary legal procedures have been taken against the detainee."
