Baghdad: The forces of the 61st Brigade, within the Northern and Eastern Tigris Operations Command of the Popular Mobilization Forces, have begun implementing a comprehensive security plan to protect the wheat and barley harvest season in the areas southwest of Kirkuk Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, this effort comes as part of a series of ongoing operations carried out by the Popular Mobilization Forces to support the stability of the agricultural sector and enhance trust between farmers and security forces, to ensure the safe completion of the harvest and prevent any threats that may hinder the agricultural process.
