Duhok: Al-Shorta suffered a 2-1 defeat against hosts Duhok in their match at Duhok Stadium, part of the 21st round of the Iraqi Premier League.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Duhok took the lead in the 11th minute through Peter Korkis. Al-Shorta managed to equalize in the 71st minute with a goal from Atiba. However, the decisive moment came in the 86th minute when Duhok defender Youssef Al-Imam scored the winning goal.

With this victory, Duhok now have 30 points and sit in ninth place, while Al-Shorta remain on 44 points in second place.
