President Amedi: Committed to Supporting State and Judicial Anti-Corruption Efforts

Baghdad: President Nizar Amedi affirmed on Saturday his commitment to supporting the government and bolstering its efforts to combat corruption and those involved in it. In a speech delivered at the 18th Islamic Day for Combating Violence against Women, held in Baghdad by the National Wisdom Movement, the President stated, "There can be no security or stability in the region without the security and stability of Iraq." He further emphasized that "Iraq's strength lies in its unity and in prioritizing its national interests above all else."

According to Iraqi News Agency, President Amedi highlighted the responsibility of authorities to work towards the stability of the country and to advance Iraq's interests amidst regional developments. He mentioned, "We in the Presidency are working to support the government in eliminating violence." He underscored that "this historic moment requires us all to unite in the common interest of the country."
