Baghdad: The President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, and the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hadi Al-Amiri, have underscored the importance of consolidating efforts to achieve peace and security in the region.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Presidency of the Republic released a statement regarding a recent meeting where discussions were held on the local situation. The talks emphasized enhancing understanding and consultation among national forces to address regional developments, aiming to unify efforts for regional peace and security.
The President highlighted the significance of maintaining key pillars such as security, political, and economic stability within the country. He emphasized paying attention to citizens’ demands and essential needs while working to improve living and service standards.
Moreover, the President stressed the necessity of preserving the country’s cohesive social fabric to strengthen national unity and promote harmony and peaceful coexistence among Iraq’s various components.
In response, the Secretary-General of the Badr Organization, Hadi Al-Amiri, commended the President’s efforts in unifying ranks and fostering joint national action to bolster Iraq’s security and stability. He also acknowledged the ongoing pursuit of citizens’ aspirations across all fields, along with the continuous path of reform and anti-corruption efforts.
