Baghdad: The president of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zidan, received Parliament Speaker Mahmoud al-Mashhadani and his accompanying delegation on Sunday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Supreme Judicial Council indicated that the discussions between the two leaders focused on a number of legal issues of mutual interest.
