Diyala: President of the Republic, Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, arrived this morning at the Diyala Operations Command headquarters.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the President was received by the Diyala Governor, the Chairman of the Provincial Council, the Diyala Operations Commander, and security chiefs.
